Our history (updated: September 2009)

From our beginnings in 2003 as a single engineering operation to our status as one of Germany's firms that unifies the worldwide expertise of highly skilled engineers to afford our customers the best possible service for wireless applications. GREATech co-operates with market-leading companies in their department and build on its strength right from the beginning on the combination of consulting and manufacturing. Therefore GREATech is able to relay its experiences from research and fabrication to our customers. With more than 100 years of experience in the international wireless industry of our key associates practicing in four offices worldwide, we work seamlessly across multiple practices and offices to provide our clients with exceptional service and creative advice.

Since wireless technology is not illimitable we concentraded on universally applicable technologies and solutions. In order to be where challenging customers look for the right partner for their concepts and enterprises we have been presenting our expertise and products on the most important trade fairs for wireless application and technology in Germany like IFA, HighEnd, Embedded World, Electronica, Pro Light + Sound, Wireless Congresses etc.

In 2006 GREATech acclaimed the premiere of the smallest handmade tube amplifier worldwide which is only one of our award winning niche-products.

In 2007 GREATech established its first company-owned brand Audio Fly. Under the umbrella of Audio Fly GREATech researchs, designs and manufactures its own high-end digital audio products like the worldwide exported production run Zound Link and the first wireless digital amplifier on the market. In 2007 GREATech also started the mass customisation of telemetric products like wireless temperature instruments to enhance its product portfolio with green technology which saves costs and ressources.

Since 2008 GREATech offers GPS / GPRS technology for M2M (machine to machine) applications and developed its linecard for a trendsetting industry.
